Casualty Claims Counsel

JCW is partnering with a global specialty insurance carrier seeking a Casualty Product Counsel. In this role, you will collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to draft and refine policy language, support regulatory filings, and help drive product innovation across complex commercial risks.ResponsibilitiesDraft, revise, and enhance insurance policy forms and endorsements, partnering with underwriting, claims, regulatory, and operations teams throughout the product development and filing process.Provide technical coverage expertise across casualty and professional lines, including ISO and manuscript forms, and support resolution of complex insurance issues.Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy with underwriting, compliance, finance, and operational objectives while contributing to process improvements and training initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; J.D. preferred6+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience, with strong exposure to product development, claims, or coverage advisory workKnowledge of ISO commercial lines formsIf you're interested, please email clara.masson@jcwgroup.com with a copy of your resume or apply directly.
