This role will partner with HR stakeholders to create standardized process documentation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance, and consistency across HR operations.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions with HR stakeholders to document end-to-end business processesCreate process documentation including SIPOCs, process maps, swimlane diagrams, and process chartersCapture workflows, decision points, handoffs, roles, controls, and process exceptionsAnalyze current-state processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, compliance risks, and ownership gapsConduct root cause analysis and recommend practical process improvementsFacilitate workshops to gather stakeholder feedback and build alignmentPresent findings and future-state recommendations to business leadersApply standardized documentation frameworks and governance practicesOrganize process artifacts within centralized repositoriesSupport HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement effortsMinimum Requirements:5-10 years of business process analysis, documentation, and process optimization experienceDemonstrated experience creating SIPOCs, process maps, swimlane diagrams, and process documentationExperience using IBM Blueworks LiveStrong Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyExperience facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessionsProven ability to analyze business processes and identify actionable improvementsExperience conducting root cause analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate ambiguous processes into structured documentation and practical recommendationsStrong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work EST business hoursMust provide your own laptopPreferred Qualifications:HR operations, HR transformation, or HR shared services experienceWorkday experienceExperience with employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, or leave management processesLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience working in complex or highly matrixed organizationsAbility to connect business policy, process, and technology
