Home every night.ResponsibilitiesLead and work alongside a small crew on daily onsite jobsComplete shed repairs, upgrades, and exterior improvement workInstall and replace doors, windows, siding, roofing, ramps, and trimPerform rot repair, structural repairs, and general carpentry workPrep surfaces and complete painting / finishing work as neededKeep jobs moving efficiently and on scheduleMaintain quality workmanship and clean job sitesCommunicate professionally with homeowners on-siteLoad tools/materials and keep company vehicles organizedReport job progress, issues, and material needs to managementHelp train less experienced crew membersQualificationsConstruction experience preferredLeadership or crew lead experience helpfulComfortable using common power tools and laddersAble to solve problems on-site and make sound decisionsDependable, punctual, and self-motivatedPositive attitude and willingness to work hardValid driver’s license preferredAble to lift heavy materials and stay active all dayGood communication skills with customers and crew
