Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in client support, sales, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities to build credibility with senior executives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and relevant systems. Ability to independently resolve issues. General business knowledge. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Employment Type: Full-Time
