Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager primarily hunts prospects and builds customer relationships through development of sales/marketing plans within the assigned multi state region. Communicate/work with VP of Sales and or Director of Ops to resolve unique customer concerns/issues. Match AIR or Vacuum services to customers specific needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing. Partner with operations to maximize effeciancies and develop market strategies to reach specific sales goals. Maintain CRM data. Schedule and set appointments, follow ups, and maintain accurate contact information. Communicate pricing snf service strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in managing and prospecting a large regional geography. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, texhnical procesures, financial reports, legal documents, or government regulations. Ability to write routine reports, business correspondance, and procedure manualsAbility to respond to inquiries from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Strong communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisionsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldProficiency in CRM software and MS OfficeAbility to travel to assigned regions as needed
