This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a regulated utility program (“product”), ensuring it meets performance, regulatory, and financial objectives.This is a highly visible role offering ownership of program delivery, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and exposure to energy efficiency initiatives within a regulated utility environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of assigned DSM programs, including planning, execution, and performance tracking Forecast program performance and manage budgets to achieve regulatory filing targets Ensure compliance with program rules, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, trade partners, and sales channels to drive program success Track and manage program activities using Salesforce (CRM) Develop and update program materials, documentation, and training resources Participate in stakeholder meetings and support regulatory filings or testimony as neededProvide ongoing communication and support to internal and external stakeholders Required:3–5+ years of experience in program management or product management. Experience with budgeting and forecasting Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
