These roles include Mission Guard, Bodyguard, and Bodyguard Translator positions, each responsible for supporting protective and security functions within the Embassy environment.Duties include access control operations, screening procedures, vehicular inspections, patrol operations, close protection services, protective movement support, and administrative reporting. These positions operate under the direction of the Regional Security Officer (RSO) and require the ability to perform security functions in a controlled, high-security environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide close protection services for the Chief of Mission (COM)Conduct advance preparation for COM movementsOperate armored and unarmored vehicles in support of protection operationsMaintain required logbooks and administrative files in accordance with policyStaff static guard posts as directed by the RSOSupport protective movement operations and coordination activitiesPrepare written reports, logs, and security documentationRequired QualificationsClearance: Active Top-Secret clearance requiredCitizenship: U.S. CitizenU.S. License: Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record within the past three (3) yearsRequired Education: High school diploma or equivalentRequired ExperienceMinimum three (3) years of relevant experienceMinimum one (1) year of experience in close protection assignmentsExperience providing close protection servicesAbility to operate armored and unarmored vehiclesAbility to maintain administrative files and logsS3/R3 proficiency in Russian*Candidates will undergo language proficiency evaluation during the client approval process.
