Sales Experience Expert PURPOSE: To support the store management team in assuring the highest standards are always met. This includes area such as Customer Experience, store operations, image and merchandising. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Uses skills and expertise to provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Experience Supports more junior colleagues by giving them tips on Customer Service best practices and on the job trainings Builds deep and personalized connections with our clients Provides ideas to management regarding customer service strategies Continuously searches for information regarding product, fashion trends etc. Maintains high image standards in the three sections for their area (Clear & Tidy) Knows, understands and applies Company procedures Has an initiative and provides ideas on how to improve store processes Is familiar will all aspects of the business and is able to support the management team based on needs (shopfloor, operations, registers) Always maintains the highest standards of all aspects of the business Is aware of all Company projects/initiatives and plays an active role in their implementation Supports the Company by participating in special actions such as workshops, support in other stores, store openings Is a brand ambassador and shares Company’s values EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Min. 2 years of fashion retail Relevant Customer Experience driving elevated in store experiences strongly preferred Experience within a fast growing and dynamic business would be a distinct advantage Advanced level of Customer Service techniques and ability to apply them in practice Ability to demonstrate commerciality, involving current techniques and ability to apply them in practice; additional demonstration in current trends and ability to forecast future SKILLS AND ATTITUDES Ability to take a proactive approach to resolving issues in a courteous and helpful way Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships, managing conflict, and influencing others Excellent communications skills in listening, informing, oral and written To maintain good standards in personal presentation in order to represent the image of the brand Passionate about fashion, fabrics and company product Looking for career opportunities and growth within the organization Loves delivering high level of customer excellence and constantly looks for ways to continue improving Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Schedule: Evening shift Holidays Morning shift Rotating weekends Application Question(s): What is your preferred email address?
