Pawbearer
Vet Assistant / Intake Coordinator
Angel’s Paws offers amazing end of life care to very grateful pets and their parents. We have openings for veterinary assistants to assist in all aspects of end-of-life care, from connecting with families during that very first phone call, through the return of their beloved pets ashes in our chapel or to their home and everything in between. Angel’s Paws provides a special level of care in this process that assures the pet parent that their pet is being treated with dignity, love, and respect the entire time they are in our care. They stay snuggled in a warm blanket and pillow until time for their cremation. We do not have any freezers on our property.
Because we want our team to treat our clients with an exceptional level of care, we work hard to provide an exceptional environment to work in. We take self-care seriously. We listen and create an environment that allows people to work less and make more. Below you will find the characteristics and skills we are looking for as well as the creative way we have designed a package of benefits and a unique work schedule to support a true work life balance. End of life care is challenging work but those of us at Angel’s Paws also feel that there is no work we have ever done that is more rewarding.
