NetSuite Lead (Manufacturing / Supply Chain) – Hands-OnAustin, TX (On-site)If you've worked in NetSuite within a manufacturing environment and thought "this system should be doing a lot more than it is"… this role is worth a look. This is not a strategy-only role. This is a hands-on NetSuite role where you will be in the system daily, configuring, supporting, and improving how the business actually runs. We're working with a manufacturing company that already has ERP (NetSuite) in place. They don't need someone to talk about it. They need someone who knows how to use it, fix it, and make it work across supply chain, production, and operations. What you'll be doing:• Owning ERP (NetSuite) as the system of record• Configuring workflows, forms, and system logic directly in NetSuite• Supporting day-to-day system needs across operations and supply chain• Working with MRP, BOMs, inventory, and work orders in a manufacturing environment• Troubleshooting issues and resolving them inside the system• Driving better system usage and eliminating manual workarounds• Partnering with operations, supply chain, and finance teamsWhat we're looking for:• Strong hands-on ERP (NetSuite) experience (configuration, support, administration)• Background in manufacturing and supply chain environments• Experience working with MRP, inventory, BOMs, and production workflows• Ability to translate real-world processes into system execution• Comfortable working in a growing company where structure is still being builtIf your experience has been more focused on managing systems, vendors, or strategy without being directly in NetSuite, this likely isn't the right fit.If you've been the person inside NetSuite making it work and want to have a direct impact on how a manufacturing business operates, let's talk.
