About the RoleWe are looking for highly motivated Master’s students and early-stage engineers to join us as Generative AI Engineering Fellows.You will work on designing, building, and deploying real-world AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)—not just prototypes, but production-oriented systems.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in one of the most in-demand areas in tech today:Generative AI systems engineering.What You’ll Work OnDesign and build LLM-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, automation tools)Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelinesWork with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)Build APIs and backend services for AI systemsExperiment with prompt engineering and model evaluationDeploy AI systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Contribute to real client-facing or internal AI products👉 You will be working on real systems involving model integration, deployment, and optimization, not just research RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s in:Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fieldStrong programming skills (Python required)Basic understanding of:Machine Learning / NLPAPIs and backend developmentFamiliarity with at least one:PyTorch / TensorFlow / TransformersCuriosity and willingness to learn fastNice to HaveExperience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG systemsExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps / DockerExposure to cloud infrastructureWhat You’ll GainReal-world experience building production-grade AI systemsMentorship and technical guidanceA strong portfolio of AI projectsPotential pathway to paid roles or long-term collaborationImportant NoteThis is an unpaid fellowship designed for learning, portfolio building, and gaining real-world experience in cutting-edge AI systems.
