You’ll own systems, handle admin work, fix issues, and keep things moving.What You’ll DoManage and maintain our ATS (Crelate) and internal systemsKeep data clean, accurate, and organizedTroubleshoot issues and improve workflowsRun meetings (agenda, notes, follow-ups)Handle scheduling, admin, and office tasksAssist with QuickBooks and basic financial trackingExecute tasks directly for the President (including occasional errands)What We’re Looking ForSmart, resourceful, and figures things out quicklyWorks independently without constant directionStrong with systems/tech (ATS, CRM, data)Detail-oriented and organizedFollows through and actually finishes workDetailsOnsite – Central Iowa (not remote)Mix of technical + administrative workSome tasks are basic—but accuracy and follow-through matterGrowth OpportunityFor the right person, this role can be a path into Recruiting or Sales.If you show the ability to solve problems, handle responsibility, and execute consistently, there will be opportunities to move into a producer role over time.Bottom LineIf you like solving problems, staying organized, and getting things done, you’ll do well here.If you need direction or want a purely strategic role, you won’t.
