If you’re passionate about optimizing production, solving complex challenges, and contributing to world-class aircraft programs, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.Role OverviewAs a Manufacturing Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the production of next-generation aircraft by developing and maintaining manufacturing plans that drive quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Your work will directly influence build strategies, delivery timelines, and the success of critical aerospace programs.What You’ll DoIn this dynamic and collaborative role, you will:Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and process documentationCreate manufacturing concepts and strategies aligned with business objectivesIntegrate suppliers, materials, processes, and technologies to meet production and delivery goalsReview and approve supplier data to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirementsDefine and manage tooling requirements from design through end-of-life dispositionInvestigate and resolve production and manufacturing issuesPerform producibility assessments to improve part and product designsProvide recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes, cost, and schedulesDevelop work sequencing and integrated plans to support production flow and delivery commitmentsUpdate and maintain processes and procedures to meet regulatory and business standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing production environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work under general direction in a fast-paced environmentThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
