Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze daily cash reportsOwn and execute month-end close within a 48-hour windowAssist with and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reportingProvide hands-on accounting support across daily operations and planning activitiesReview and manage work performed by AP and accounting clerksPartner closely with the Controller on departmental oversight and process improvementsSupport leadership with accurate, timely financial insights for decision-makingWork within a manufacturing/plant accounting environmentUtilize ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Acumatica or similar) Qualifications: 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)Strong understanding of cash management and financial reportingExperience with month-end close and budgetingPrior exposure to supervising or reviewing accounting staff work (formal management not required)
