HR Operations Manager

As HR Operations Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior operations leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with business goals to drive organizational performance. This role lets you influence labor relations, talent management, and workforce planning in a complex, dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Contribute to business strategy by identifying and building organizational capabilities and HR processes.Advise and counsel employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and career development.Guide union avoidance, labor relations, grievance resolution, and contract compliance.Lead and execute regional talent management initiatives, including development plans aligned with business objectives.Analyze HR trends and business metrics to inform solutions, programs, and performance targets.Maintain positive working relationships with management and employees to enhance morale, engagement, and productivity.Support workforce planning, learning, and development initiatives.Participate in talent acquisition, including guiding managers in candidate selection and conducting interviews as needed.Conduct thorough HR investigations and recommend resolutions to complex employee and labor relations issues.Actively engage in regional leadership and employee meetings to align HR strategies with operational needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner role.Minimum of 3 years of labor relations experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.Working knowledge of federal and state HR laws and regulations; international experience a plus.Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret complex data.Proven ability to collaborate across divisions and influence all levels of management.Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.SPHR or PHR certification preferred.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a high-performing team in a growing sector, shaping workforce strategy while enjoying a flexible, hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.
