Guided by our values, we foster a culture of growth, balance, and belonging where every team member can thrive.We are excited to welcome a new group of trainees to our exceptional team in July 2026.Participate in our 12-week, in-house IT Trainee Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in:Our customer service approachActive Directory user and group managementPrinter and peripheral installationsNew desktop setupsOffice 365 administrationBasic server maintenance and administrationCustomer network auditsFirst-level security incidents (phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts)Responding to client tickets via phone and emailResponsibilitiesSupport administrative and general office tasksAssist with IT services and projects, including on-site deliveries and equipment drop-offsHelp maintain an organized office environment and support team efficiencyLearn and navigate our ticketing system, a key part of our business operationsComplete self-paced technical training modules and certificationsRequirementsAvailability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the full 12-week programAssociate, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience, is a plusTechnical certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900) is a plusPrior experience in a help desk or related IT environment is a plusStrong motivation to learn and advance professionallyExcellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsClear written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.BenefitsPaid internshipPaid training and certificationsWeekly check-ins to track progress and provide mentorshipSmall class size (5–6 participants) for personalized supportOpportunity for a full-time role as a Desktop Support Specialist upon successful completion of the programCharles IT offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401(k), and performance-based bonuses.
