Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. - Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. - Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. - Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Skills - Strong cash handling skills with experience in retail math. - Background in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Knowledge of brewing techniques and various types of beverages is a plus. - Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
