POSITION OVERVIEW You will operate multiple machines to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. This dynamic position will allow you to be part of a production team that seeks to make a difference while exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating machines, have experience with measuring devices, have a superb attendance acumen, and problem-solving techniques that are second to none! DESIRED REQUIREMENTS 3-5 Years experience in a manufacturing industry, specifically in machine operation. Experience with maintaining quality standards. Basic math and/or engineering skills. Ability to use problem solving tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret quality requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in teams and interact with other department personnel.
