We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager with strong experience in Databricks and modern cloud-based data ecosystems to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise data products. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and platform teams to build data-driven solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data platforms, data governance, analytics, and product management, along with hands-on exposure to Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, and cloud data technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the roadmap, strategy, and vision for enterprise data products and data platforms built on Databricks.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve scalability, margins, automation, and user experience.Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and AI teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions using Databricks Lakehouse architecture.Drive development of data products including self-service analytics platforms, customer 360 solutions, KPI dashboards, real-time reporting, AI/ML data pipelines, and data APIs.Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.Prioritize product backlog and manage delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.Ensure strong data governance, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and security practices across data products.Collaborate with architecture teams to optimize data ingestion, transformation, and consumption frameworks.Define KPIs and product success metrics to measure adoption and business impact.Support AI/ML and GenAI initiatives by enabling trusted, scalable, and high-quality datasets.Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends related to Databricks, cloud data platforms, AI, and advanced analytics.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Platform roles.Strong experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms.Deep understanding of Databricks Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Spark, and large-scale data processing.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data lakes, APIs, and real-time data processing.Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.Familiarity with AI/ML data workflows and enabling data products for advanced analytics.Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, cataloging, and compliance frameworks.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
