We are seeking a doctorate-level clinical leader to join our founding team as **Chief Physical Therapy Officer (CPTO)**.This is a high-stakes leadership role for a clinician-entrepreneur ready to transition from traditional practice to a disruptive executive position. You will join a core leadership team dedicated to scaling our manufacturing of life-changing medical devices, while spearheading our expansion into high-growth international markets across every major continent.### The MandateThe CPTO will hold primary authority over clinical efficacy, regulatory strategy, and therapeutic logic. You will architect the protocols that bridge the gap between advanced robotics and patient recovery. This role is central to our regulatory pathway and the validation of our proprietary hardware platform as we scale globally.### Core Responsibilities * **Clinical Governance:** Design the therapeutic frameworks and AI logic for motor-assisted mobility recovery. * **Regulatory Leadership:** Oversee clinical validation studies and manage technical expertise for medical device submissions across major global jurisdictions. * **Global Market Expansion:** * **North America:** Lead expansion and clinical strategy for **Canada** and **Mexico**, ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations. * **South America:** Develop clinical partnerships and distribution frameworks for emerging rehabilitation markets. * **Oceania:** Architect research and clinical validation strategies for the Australian and New Zealand markets. * **Europe, APAC & MENA:** Oversee the clinical roadmap for targets across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. * **Strategic Partnerships:** Act as the lead clinical representative for top-tier research institutions and anchor rehabilitation centers worldwide. * **Corporate Strategy:** Partner with the executive team to articulate clinical value to institutional investors and stakeholders during our current seed financing round.### Qualifications * **Doctorate Required:** DPT, PhD (Rehabilitation/Biomechanics), or MD. * **Clinical Authority:** Deep expertise in mobility recovery, spinal cord injury, or neuro-rehabilitation. * **Global Perspective:** Ability to translate clinical outcomes into value propositions for diverse international markets and regulatory environments. * **Founder Mindset:** This is a Founding Partnership role.
