Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects in the Atlanta area. As a strong general contractor in Atlanta we specialize in commercial, education and healthcare ground up/interior construction. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in Atlanta by Atlanta Business Chronicle - Come join our Atlanta team!What you will be doing:Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMaintain daily construction schedules and track project progressConduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety complianceEnforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sitesWork closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clientsMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentationAssist with project planning, scheduling, and material coordinationWhat you need for this position:3+ years of superintendent experience in related markets above.MUST have strong experience on commercial projects.Benefits:Salary: $100k - $130k+Bonus programs.Vehicle allowance.Great PTO and holidaysHealth benefitsStrong opportunity for career growth.
