Strong in Ansible, automation, security/compliance, and monitoring. AI Governance a plus. RHCA preferred.10+ years of Linux system architecture and administration experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and RHOSP (preferably 17.1).Proven experience architecting and operating private or hybrid OpenStack clouds.Strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Git, and automation workflows.Solid knowledge of Prometheus, Alert manager, Grafana, and STF.Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.Excellent communication and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or equivalent certification preferred.Preferred ExperienceExperience with iSCSI/NFS storage, and GPU integration within OpenStack.Familiarity with multi-cloud operations (AWS, Azure).Knowledge of Red Hat security frameworks.
