Job Description Landscape ForemanEnhancement & Installation ProjectsRockaway, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead enhancement and installation projects. This is a mid-level foreman role focused on executing high-quality landscape work while supervising a small crew and supporting Project Managers in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct a landscape crew on enhancement and installation projectsEnsure proper installation of softscape and hardscape elementsMaintain jobsite organization, safety standards, and quality controlCommunicate daily progress and field needs with the Project ManagerAssist with layout of landscape designs and execution per plansEnsure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and storedComplete required paperwork including time tracking and job reportsSupport efficient workflow and timely project completionQualifications3–5 years of landscape industry experience, preferably in installation or enhancementsExperience with softscape; hardscape experience preferredBasic irrigation knowledge a plusAbility to lead a crew and follow project direction closelyStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors and perform physical laborBilingual a plus but not required
