Data Entry Clerk

Job description:We are hiring a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support True Real Estates day to day brokerage and property management operations. In this role, you will enter, update, review, and organize information related to property listings, rental inquiries, client records, tenant files, and internal administrative documents. You will help keep records accurate, current, and easy for the team to access.This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with computer-based work, pays close attention to detail, and can stay organized while handling routine tasks with accuracy. Candidates with 1 or more years of experience in data entry, administrative support, office support, customer service, or another computer-based role are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update information in company systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools with accuracyMaintain records related to property listings, rental inquiries, tenant information, client details, and internal office filesTransfer information from forms, emails, leasing documents, applications, and internal notes into the appropriate systemsReview records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before saving updatesVerify names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, unit details, and other property or client informationAssist with organizing and maintaining digital records for buyers, sellers, tenants, prospects, and property management activitiesUpdate internal logs for inquiries, follow ups, appointments, and administrative tasks as assignedIdentify missing, incomplete, or unclear information and notify the appropriate team member for correctionSupport recordkeeping related to real estate transactions, leasing support, and general office operationsFollow company procedures for confidentiality and proper handling of client, tenant, and business informationComplete assigned tasks within required timelines and maintain a high level of accuracyAssist with other routine data entry and administrative support tasks as neededRequired QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should have:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, office support, customer service, or a similar computer-based roleComfortable using basic computer tools, including email, spreadsheets, online forms, and simple data entry systemsClear written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and updating recordsAbility to follow instructions, procedures, and established workflowsGood organizational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks during scheduled hoursAbility to work independently in a remote settingCurrent authorization to work in the United StatesNice to have, not requiredFamiliarity with CRM systems, property management software, or digital recordkeeping toolsPrevious remote work experienceJoin True Real Estate as a Data Entry Clerk and support a team that works across real estate and property management operations.
