JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Faculty Excellence, the Program Coordinator will support programs and projects overseen by both Associate Deans, including the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing administrative and operational support for both Associate Deans, program and project coordination, and assisting with data analysis and evaluation. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Administrative and Operational Coordination:
Provide administrative support and oversight of day-to-day operations for Associate Deans. Manage calendars, schedule meetings and events, develop agendas and materials, record and archive minutes when needed, maintain files and records, coordinate travel arrangements, procure and manage supplies, submit reimbursements, monitor budget/resources, and support searches when needed. Manage stakeholder communication, coordinate with the Dean's office on events, and liaise with other units (Finance, HR, MarCom, Development, etc). Optimize resources, enhance processes, and initiate improvements.
45% - Essential - Project and Program Coordination:
Provide support to programs and projects under the oversight of the Associate Deans with an emphasis on Teacher Residency, Registered Apprenticeships, and Strategic Initiatives. Prepare documents and materials, compile information and maintain records, organize and support meetings and events, communicate with stakeholders, and create reports related to the goals of the programs and projects.
5% - Essential - Data Analysis and Evaluation Support:
Support data collection, organization, and/or analysis related to strategic priorities within the College and University, assessment and accreditation compliance and reporting, and reports prepared for external agencies..
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree - relevant program experience
Work Experience - 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative/operations support and/or program coordination
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience - 1+ years of experience with data input, organization, and analysis using MS Excel or other software.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors Budget - Does not provide input but is responsible for monitoring the departmental budget and may oversee fund allocation.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Anticipated Hiring Range: $39,000 - $58,000
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL
Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
