This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Career Path: After 30 days of employment WRT, AFTER 90 Days FRST, 90 days after FRST Completion HST Certification; After 1 year of employment ASD CertificationKey Responsibilities:Complete initial and follow-up inspections to bring in new work.Draft an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work utilizing industry-specific estimating software.Use Docusketch software to develop the scope of work.Negotiate with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activitiesReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesCollaborate with the office staff to finalize the scope of work for submitting to insurance companies for approval of work to be performed.Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfactionProvide priority response to potential customers, as needed.Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsPosition Requirements:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredCompensation: $25.00 per hourPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
