As the Administrative Coordinator for STEM Pathways & Front Office Operations, you'll play a vital role in keeping that work moving forward.This isn't a typical administrative role. You'll be at the center of both statewide program coordination and daily campus operations, supporting innovative educational programs while creating a welcoming, efficient front office experience.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Coordinate communications and provide administrative support for STEM Pathways programsMaintain program data, rosters, and tracking systems to support reporting and outcomesCoordinate professional development events from planning through completionProcess purchase requisitions and support operational needs through WorkdayTrack grant deliverables, timelines, and required documentationSupport program visibility through social media and collaboration with CommunicationsServe as the primary front office contact for calls, visitors, and general inquiriesMonitor campus access and support daily front office operationsReceive, log, and distribute packages with accuracy and timelinessPartner with the Finance Office to ensure proper tracking and reconciliation of deliveriesWhat You BringAssociate's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1-3 years in administrative, office support, or customer-facing rolesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesClear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn systems such as WorkdayComfort using AI productivity tools, or willingness to develop proficiencyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentFront office and administrative setting on a residential high school campusRegular interaction with students, faculty, staff, and campus visitorsActive role requiring coordination across multiple departmentsCombination of desk work and movement across campusAbility to lift and move packages (up to 25-30 lbs.)Why ASMSA?Be part of one of the nation's premier public residential high schoolsSupport innovative programs that impact students and educators statewideWork in a collaborative, mission-driven environmentPlay a key role in both campus operations and program successLocationHot Springs, Arkansas - a vibrant community known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and strong sense of communityEEO: ASMSA is an equal opportunity institution.
