Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, coordinating care plans, administering medications and treatments, providing patient and family education, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role also involves ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards and protocols. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care plan developmentProficiency in health record management, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family educationAbility to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with a healthcare teamActive RN license, with experience in academic medical centers or specialized care preferredBSN or higher degree in Nursing is preferredCompetence in using telehealth technologies and remote patient monitoring tools is a plusCommitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
