Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop.Job Responsibilities:Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplementsCommunicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.Return incorrect parts immediately to vendorsMonitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if neededDrive parts related KPI'sAll other duties assignedSkills, Qualifications & Requirements:3 years parts experience preferredExperience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacityStrong knowledge of automotive partsAbility to effectively communicate with othersAbility to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work ordersMulti-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environmentsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid drivers licensePhysical Requirements:Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pullCarry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)Standing, sitting, and walkingPerforming repetitive motionsWe are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
