We are currently seeking a full-time Site Security Supervisor in Loxley, AL. that is looking to grow with us. The supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the field operational performance for the site. Responsibilities include monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of staff as well as maintaining client relations. The Supervisor will be overseeing the day to day security duties of multiple security agents and holding them accountable to the standards required by the company. Other normal day-to-day duties: Responsible for field operations in assigned area. Site accountability and inspections. Incident reporting and investigations Review daily field documentation. Ensure disciplinary and corrective actions are carried out in a timely manner. Ensure subordinate personnel comply with all policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws Schedules Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Security: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Loxley, AL 36551: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
