Process customer policy change requests and take premium payments from customers. Assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Requirements Personal lines P&C license Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Great Customer Service Skills. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
