Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, ensuring their well-being while fostering their growth and learning. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children in the luxury hotel environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development according to our Itavi Programming. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance on appropriate behavior management techniques. Communicate effectively with parents. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the childcare setting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and first aid protocols. Skills 2+ years of childcare experience CPR & First Aid Certified, or willing to obtain High School diploma or equivalent Fluent in English Able to pass background check and screening Reliable transportation for Phoenix/Scottsdale area Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of children by providing high-quality care and enrichment!
