Construction Foreman

We are looking for experienced Foremen/Superintendents for a Commerical Company in Portsmouth Nh. The Superintendent/Foreman directly manages the lead personnel/staff for each project they oversee. Pay $35-40 an hour Daily Responsibilities Communication with General Superintendent regarding job progress, specific needs regarding manpower and equipment. Contact with job site crews to ensure projects are on time and on budget. Maintains safe working environment by identifying workplace hazards and conducts daily tailgate safety meetings. Maintains daily record keeping including daily logs, schedules, and timecards. Provides timely and accurate documentation for reporting safety issues, equipment damage and workplace injuries. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Being able to assist with ongoing project and provide ongoing assistance throughout the project. Requirements OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 required Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, reports, construction plans, construction specifications, and legal documents. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iPad and iPhone. Ability to communicate information efficiently and effectively. Must be willing to travel (New England area) Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
