Implement and ensure compliance with federal security requirements, including audit logging and privileged-access controls. Maintain software reliability, quality, and adherence to secure-development standards. Lead development activities, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and optimize system performance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to documentation and code-quality standards. Support modern cloud deployments and DevSecOps pipelines in alignment with government requirements.What You'll Need At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Proficiency in modern programming languages and secure coding methodologies. Experience with government environments, including audit compliance, CJIS standards, or privileged access controls. Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and FedRAMP-aligned platforms. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail.
