You are the first conversation every prospect has with Brain Grenade Agency. Your job is not to close — it is to assess and introduce. You source prospects through networking, referrals, social media, and community, then conduct a 30-minute Virtual Tea on your dedicated calendar with every lead that comes in. The Virtual Tea is not a sales call. It is a genuine assessment of where the prospect is, what they need, and which entry point — if any — is the right fit.There are two possible outcomes from every Virtual Tea. First, a Lucrative AF candidate — you send a warm written introduction to the team, schedule the follow up call with the potential client and have them complete the application on the call with you. The team take the final decision call. Second, not yet ready — you route them to the Free tier of the BGA Skool community. Your involvement ends at handoff.What You Will Be PromotingLucrative AF — 7-Day Retreat. A 7-day immersive followed by a 90-day done-for-you business build for coaches, consultants, and agency owners with 3+ years in business who are ready to scale.Lucrative AF VIP — 2-Day Private Intensive. The same 90-day build, delivered through a 2-day private intensive at a location near the client, for prospects who cannot step away for a full week.Commission StructureLucrative AF 7-Day Retreat: $2,000 flat per closed and contracted sale.Lucrative AF VIP 2-Day Immersion: $2,000 flat per closed and contracted sale.Who You Will Be Talking ToBrain Grenade Agency clients are coaches and consultants with real expertise and real results — and a back-end that has not kept up with their work. They fall into three core profiles. The Corporate Escapee is leaving 10 to 25 years of executive, director, VP, or senior consultant experience to build an independent consulting/coaching firm. The Paid Speaker is already booking stages but has little to no backend converting audiences into ongoing revenue. The Established Coach or Consultant is 3+ years in, fully booked, fully exhausted, and ready to stop building alone.Your job on the Virtual Tea is to assess fit against our qualification framework: 3+ years in business or strong business background, real urgency to do this now, openness to honest feedback and rebuilding, readiness to let go of control and trust a team, ability to access the investment, and a desire for leverage and recurring income rather than more 1:1 client hours.Ideal Candidate ProfileYou have a strong network in the coaching, consulting or speaking business world. You understand premium offers and can hold a conversation with executives, established coaches, and visible thought leaders. You know how to listen for fit rather than push for a yes. You can run a 30-minute conversation that assesses business maturity, urgency, and readiness without it feeling like a pitch.You are comfortable as an independent contractor. You understand commission-only compensation. There is no base, no draw, no retainer, and no guaranteed minimum. You earn when sales are contracted and collected.You can hold confidentiality. You will be required to sign an NDA to view our sales playbook and if found to be a right fit, you will be required to sign an Independent Sales Representative Agreement that includes an NDA, client exclusivity provisions, and chargeback protections. How to ApplySend us a short note.
