Infinitive Fitness Club is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Concierge & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills and hands-on marketing experience, especially with social media platforms and design tools. As the face of our club, you’ll ensure that every member and guest have a welcoming experience, while also driving our marketing efforts to attract and retain members. Provide friendly and professional customer service to address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback, including answering phone calls and emails. Listen and extend assistance to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently. Be highly knowledgeable about services, pricing, promotions, schedule, events, and amenities. Promote gym programs, services, and memberships to current and prospective members. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression. Schedule appointments for classes, personal training and other club services. Handle membership sign-ups, renewals and payments accurately. Accept, process, and reconcile payments; ensure confirmations / receipts are provided as appropriate. Proactively review the daily/weekly schedule, especially including changes and updates. Familiarize yourself with the upcoming schedule of events and attendees and be ready to greet people by name. Conduct regular walks through the facility to maintain cleanliness and safety (e.g. pick up any trash/towels, mop up spills, vacuum up messes, stock towels, empty trash bins, replace sanitizing wipes, refill hand sanitizers, wipe up counters, check bathrooms regularly to ensure they are stocked and clean, etc.) Identify any maintenance or safety issues, and report findings to management. Keep detailed and accurate records of feedback and incident reports as per company policies. Assist with report reconciliation and membership administration. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about gym policies, procedures, and promotions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for all gym members. Marketing Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to: Capture content (e.g. photos, videos) to be used in social media. Create eye-catching marketing materials using Canva for social media, newsletters, and in-club promotions. Manage the Club’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and engaging with followers. Develop and implement targeted social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive member engagement. Assist in the creation and distribution of regular newsletters to keep members informed of club news, events, and promotions. Propose and develop promotions to attract new members and retain existing members. Collaborate with the management team to design and execute promotional events, campaigns and special programs. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements. Identify sales leads and work with management to develop and execute models for pursuing leads. Job Requirements: Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required. High school diploma or equivalent; studies in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills; possess and demonstrate the ability to interact with members and visitors effectively with tact and diplomacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and mindset. Ability to quickly learn and cleanly articulate Club services, promotions and programs. Proactive, self-motivated and driven to excel. Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and branding. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with marketing and sales analytics. Effective time management and organizational skills. Promote teamwork environment. Strong judgment skills and the ability to prioritize requests. Ability to learn and proficiently operate membership software. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, spreadsheets, etc.). Proficient in Canva and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others. Passionate about fitness and wellness, with a desire to contribute to a positive community atmosphere. Willing to “roll up one’s sleeves” and jump in wherever needed.
