Senior Director Financial Planning Analysis

The Senior Director of FP&A is responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive decision-making, improve financial visibility, and support long-term strategic objectives.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLeading the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planningOwning consolidated financial models and ensuring accuracy across business unitsProviding clear analysis of financial results, including variance drivers, risks, and opportunitiesSupporting executive leadership with insights used to guide strategic and operational decisionsDeveloping and refining KPIs and performance metrics across the organizationPreparing materials for executive leadership and board-level reportingPartnering with accounting, operations, and business leaders to align financial and operational plansImproving forecasting accuracy, reporting tools, and overall FP&A processesManaging and developing the FP&A team, including prioritization, workflow, and performanceWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate financePrior leadership experience with direct team oversightStrong financial modeling and analytical capabilitiesExperience supporting senior leadership with financial insights and recommendationsComfortable working across multiple functions and business unitsProven ability to improve processes and build scalable planning frameworksBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
