An established real estate development and construction organization is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle while working alongside experienced leadership.Our client is a well-capitalized real estate developer and construction platform delivering high-volume residential and mixed-use projects across multiple markets. The business is known for disciplined execution, strong internal controls, and long-term investment in people and process.DescriptionCoordinate construction schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure project deadlines are met.Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites.Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards across all construction projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.Support budgeting and cost management efforts throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze project performance and recommend improvements where necessary.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all construction activities.
