If it works, you own it.This role exists for people who can:ship production systemsoperate directly with customersmanage a small teamstay close to codemove fast in ambiguityAll at once.You will build:Autonomous account research + outbound systemsMulti-channel GTM workflows (email, LinkedIn, CRM, follow-ups)Tool-using LLM agents in productionEvaluation + trust calibration systems for agentsContinuous learning loops tied to conversion outcomesIf it can’t be evaluated, it doesn’t ship.Must have: 3–8 yrs full-stack / product engineeringCustomer-facing agent deployment or FDE experience preferred1+ yr engineering management (~3 engineers)Owned roadmap from customer feedback loopsShipped production AI agents / agentic workflowsExperience at an AI team in Big Tech or a recognizable, growth-stage startupEmbedded with enterprise customers in messy systemsSkills:Node/TypeScript + PythonAI-native: prompts, tools, evals, agent orchestration, trust calibrationStrong communication across technical + business stakeholdersTechnical degreeNot a fit if you arePeople manager with no recent hands-on engineeringInfra/backend-only without deployment or customer exposureSolutions engineer only configuring platformsConsulting-only backgroundNeeds heavy PM direction or structured playbooks
