Senior Test Engineer

Overview In this Senior Test Engineer role, you lead the design, development, and execution of test strategies for complex electromechanical systems, ensuring reliable, cost-effective testing across production and development. You’ll act as a technical authority, modernize legacy equipment, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and process efficiency. The role emphasizes hands-on test work, data-driven decision making, and contributing to a culture of testing excellence. This position supports Curtiss-Wright Exlar’s actuation technology and scalable testing platforms.
