Finance Administrator

LTT Partners is a fast-growing technology sales and installation company specializing in cloud-based physical security, networking, and infrastructure solutions for commercial clients nationwide.We are seeking a Finance & Administration o oversee the internal financial and administrative functions of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, financially disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of core business administration inside a growing company.This position will work directly with company leadership and department managers to support financial accuracy, administrative structure, HR-related processes, company technology administration, and company-wide accountability.ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingOversee day-to-day financial operationsManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow trackingReview company financial performance and reportingCoordinate with outside CPA/accounting partnersSupervise AP/AR processes and internal accounting workflowsAssist with payroll administration and financial controlsMonitor expenses, margins, and operational KPIsHelp improve reporting accuracy and financial organizationAdministration & HROversee onboarding and offboarding processesSupport employee records, benefits, and policy administrationAssist with recruiting coordination and internal communicationsHelp maintain compliance, documentation, and administrative proceduresWork closely with company leadership, operations, and sales to ensure sales execution aligns with overall business goals.Support internal organization and administrative process improvementInternal IT & Technology AdministrationOversee and coordinate basic internal IT operations and company technology administrationManage company laptops, employee device setup, deployment, and lifecycle managementCoordinate cybersecurity best practices, password management, MFA enforcement, and user access controlsManage employee accounts and permissions across cloud-based software platformsCoordinate software licensing, subscriptions, and internal technology organizationAssist with maintaining secure and organized company technology infrastructureWork with outside IT vendors or support partners when necessaryHelp ensure company systems, devices, and software remain operational, secure, and properly documentedQualificationsExperience in finance, accounting, business administration, or financial managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyExperience overseeing accounting or financial processesComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong proficiency in Excel and/or Google SheetsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving abilityPreferred ExperienceExperience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementExperience overseeing AP/AR and payroll processesQuickBooks, accounting software, ERP, or financial systems experienceExperience working with outside CPAs, auditors, or bookkeeping partnersHR or people operations exposureSmall to mid-sized business finance or administrative leadership experienceBasic IT administration, SaaS management, cybersecurity, or internal systems coordination experience preferredWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can help create structure and accountability while supporting the financial health, administrative organization, and internal operational systems of the company.
