Provider/In Home Caregiver

Job Description We are seeking a Provider/In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! Duties of a Provider include, but not limited to: skills in personal care of bed-bound and non-bed bound clients to assist with activities of daily living.As well as:Responsibilities:Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilitiesMonitor and report changes in patient health statusProvide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, laundry, light housekeeping and occasional meal prepProvide specialized healthcare such as medication reminders and client transfer/stand by assistanceAssisting client with activities of daily living to help increase a client's independence and quality of lifeQualifications:Must have active CPR certificationExperience in personal care related fields, home health and/or hospice (but not limited to)Positive and compassionate attitude while working with clients and fellow employeesAbility to build communicate effectively with patients and family membersAbility to handle physical workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMUST have own transportation to and from worksiteCompany DescriptionAt All Care we provide quality home care.
