This is a fully remote opportunity designed for self-motivated professionals who want the flexibility to operate independently while leveraging a strong operational platform. As a Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, securing transportation solutions, and coordinating shipments from pickup through delivery.This role offers uncapped earning potential, allowing motivated agents to significantly grow their income as their book of business expands.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with shippers and transportation partnersConsult, educated, and simplify logistics practices through a web-based platformSolution selling, effectively present solutions through a cost-benefit analysisPresent leadership with a pipeline of businesses with frequent shipping volume and the specific plan for each prospectTake the lead in coordinating, developing, and managing all aspects of the proposal processBuild a pipeline of new opportunities as well as engage prospects at the C-Suite levelClose, activate, and lead decision makers to grow new businessEvaluate and strategize market opportunities, customer segments, seasonality trends, and advise brokers and leadership on growth opportunitiesUse independent judgement to recommend ways to streamline and improve tools, systems, and resourcesQualifications1+ years of experience working in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or salesCompetitive and motivated mindset with a passion for new business developmentAbility to source new business and manage existing accountsEffective verbal and written communicator with a strong business acumen and intuitionComfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environmentKnowledge of truckload and less-than-truckload freight markets and pricing trendsProven success in generating and qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a \"hunter\" mentalityAbility to work independently in a remote environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with a strong desire to grow income
