Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Plant Superintendent your roles and responsibilities will include: Provides leadership alignment and direction for night shift operations.Through direct personal involvement, establishes the site as safe place to workDrives and models a culture of continuous improvement and high qualityDevelops individuals and leaders to grow organizational & personal capabilitiesCoaches, consults, and facilitates leaders, individuals and teams to achieve higher levels of performance and impact.QUALIFICATIONSMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Plant Superintendent who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Plant Superintendent would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Ten years experience delivering results in a highly automated manufacturing environment requiredFive years people leading experience required.Management experience with people leaders, hourly production associates and technical associates preferred.We understand that even if you are a seasoned Plant Superintendent you may not have all the skills listed here.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCompensation: Based on Experience.
