The administrator directs program development, implementation, andevaluation, including staffing, clinical workflows, and qualityimprovement initiatives. The position collaborates with hospitalleadership to maintain regulatory compliance, promote professionaldevelopment, and enhance patient outcomes. The role also supportstimely, safe, and efficient patient flow, in collaboration withcommunity partners.Responsibilities include supervising clinical department heads,supporting interdisciplinary treatment, ensuring alignment with hospitalmission and standards, and maintaining operational readiness withinavailable resources. This position may require availability by phone andin person to support operational needs.Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to thefollowing:****Clinical Program Administration** Provide leadership and oversight for the Acute Program, ensuringoperations align with hospital mission, vision, and regulatorystandards. Direct leaders and staff within the Acute Program reportinghierarchy, ensuring effective supervision, performance management,and professional development. Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and scheduling to maintainadequate coverage and safe staff-to-patient ratios. Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies, procedures, andclinical workflows. Monitor program performance, including patient outcomes, qualitymetrics, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical leadership onstrategic planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness. Support timely, safe, and efficient patient flow, includingattention to throughput and length-of-stay goals.**Clinical Oversight & Performance** Provide clinical oversight and consultation to therapy, social work,and other assigned clinical staff to ensure consistent,evidence-based care. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary teammeetings, offering guidance on complex clinical issues. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment protocols, andprogram-specific materials. Ensure clinical services follow standards of practice, hospitalpolicy, and applicable regulatory requirements. Assist with crisis intervention or clinical escalation as neededwithin the acute program. Participate in clinical risk-mana ement activities in collaborationwith nursing, medical staff, and hospital leadership.**Coordination & Collaboration** Serve as a liaison with nursing leadership, medical staff, and otherhospital programs to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among therapy, social work,nursing, and medical teams. Support effective communication with patients, families, andcommunity partners to promote care coordination and safe dischargeplanning. Participate in hospital-wide and program-specific committees focusedon quality improvement, risk management, and staff development.**Licensure, Compliance & Professional Standards**Maintain required professional licensure, certifications, and mandatorytrainings.Support staff training, onboarding, and competency development,including orientation of new hires.Participate in emergency preparedness, disaster re
