Software Engineer

We are seeking Robotics Software Engineers at all levels to develop software that powers our next-generation autonomous systems. This role is ideal for engineers with strong C++ and/or Python programming skills who enjoy solving complex robotics challenges and building reliable, high-performance software. Working alongside mechanical, electrical, computer vision, and systems engineers, you will design, implement, and optimize software that enables real-world robotic autonomy.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance software using C++ and/or Python.Build and optimize software for robotics and autonomous systems.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate software with hardware and perception systems.Implement software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.Develop efficient algorithms and data structures for real-time robotic applications.Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools throughout the software lifecycle.Ensure software meets reliability, security, and performance requirements.What You'll NeedBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.Strong programming skills in C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and/or Python.Experience developing software for robotics or autonomous systems.Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, debugging tools, and memory management.Experience with Git and Agile software development practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with GPU programming (CUDA or OpenCL) or parallel computing.Knowledge of networking protocols and distributed systems.Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scientific computing frameworks.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
