Responsibilities The Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving group business across Nittany Valley Sports Centre through proactive sales efforts, relationship‑building, and exceptional service delivery. This role focuses on selling group experiences including field and court rentals, birthday parties, team‑building events, corporate outings, school and youth organization events, camps, and the new Family Entertainment Center (FEC).
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales, the Group Sales Manager is accountable for prospecting new business, closing deals, managing repeat accounts, and ensuring a seamless transition from sale to execution. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue goals while supporting long‑term, value‑based customer relationships.
