Location: 2662 E Del Amo Blvd, Carson CA 90221 Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Manager About the Role We’re looking for an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support our growing operations team. This role is critical to ensuring our materials are accurate, available, and well-managed to support production and dispatch. You’ll work closely with Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers to maintain stock accuracy, place purchase orders, and keep our ERP system clean and reliable for the rest of the warehouse. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with no people management responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and physical inventory. Key Responsibilities Raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts Monitor stock levels and support forecasting using Min/Max settings Verify inwards goods, pricing, and supplier invoices Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, deliveries, and discrepancies Maintain ERP data integrity including part codes and pricing Support Operations with inventory reporting and stock analysis What We’re Looking For Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain coordination Strong attention to detail and system discipline Comfortable working with ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus) Confident communicator with internal teams and external suppliers Organised, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving Warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but open to other experience and backgrounds.
