This position will provide comprehensive respiratory therapy care to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and adults, in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a tertiary, teaching hospital setting and the ability to float between different units, including NICU, PICU, and critical care.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide respiratory care and therapeutic services to patients with respiratory disorders.\nConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapy interventions.\nMonitor patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.\nCollaborate with medical staff and contribute to multidisciplinary rounds.\nUtilize advanced respiratory equipment including ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.\nEnsure compliance with all safety and health regulations in practice.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\n3+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).\nCurrent BLS certification; ACLS preferred.\nNRP certification required for NICU.\nState licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.\nExperience in a level 1 trauma center preferred.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
