Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. If you are a driven professional with a passion for providing exceptional service and a strong background in personal lines insurance, we encourage you to apply.Compensation PackageSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 annuallyCompetitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesAs a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premiumHandling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finishProcessing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunitiesQuoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationshipsQualifications/RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is requiredExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insuranceTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferredSoft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsTimely, reliable, and drivenAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyPositive attitude and professional demeanor
